I am not vegetarian, but my boyfriend has been since he was 18, and he's 43 now. He used to work in a meat packing plant just after high school. He will eat some meats that have been prepared a certain way in very, very small amounts. Like Proscuitto. But that's really only if I slip it into some pasta dinner or some type of soup.
